tHE SWAN VALLEY’S FIRST WHISKY PRODUCER

Though gin and vodka are a love of ours, whisky is where it all began.

We have been patiently waiting for years for our First Release - and many more - to come to age, slowly building thousands of litres of a range of whiskies. From our prized First Release (Releasing 13 November 2025) to a more accessible Blend, we utilise a wide range of casks to impart unique flavours across each release. With a blissful combination of French and Amercian oak barrels once holding either Pedro Ximenez, local or foreign fortified wines, or bourbon - we have strived for flavours fit for all.

First Release

Australian Single Malt

*PREORDER AVAILABLE FROM 13th OCTOBER 2025 - RELEASING 13th NOVEMBER 2025*

Limited in number, this special release is the first of our whisky releases. A Scotch-style, single malt whisky that celebrates the complexity of West Australian-grown barley, coupled with carefully selected casks that produce a rich, oily mouthfeel that allows the flavour to linger. The beautiful deep-amber colour indicates the richness in each glass, primarily attributable to Pedro Ximenez casks. All mash is done onsite, not sourced from mass producers or other distillers, and each batch has been distilled by our Master Distillers.

Tasting Notes: 

  • Prominent butter and biscuit notes reminiscent of shortbread, with a subtle tobacco finish

  • Rich yet delicate dark stone fruits and Australian muscat

  • Thick, oily mouth feel

Casks used:

  • Aged in French Oak - Pedro Ximenez

  • Finished in French Oak - Australian Muscat

  • Do you have a cellar door/tasting room?

    We do not currently operate a cellar door. All purchases can be made directly from our online store, through Dan Murphy’s online store, or from us at in-person market appearances around Perth.

    We hope to have a cellar door operating in the Swan Valley by the end of 2026.

  • When will your whisky be released?

    We are expecting our First Release to be available for purchase in November 2025. A single malt, scotch-style whisky, this limited release will have roughly 300 bottles available.

    Our whisky pipeline should produce the next release in January, with an array of styles and flavours in production

  • What kind of whisky do you make?

    We produce an array of products catering to various price points. We will be releasing various single malt whisky’s including our First Release, Sherry Cask and Bourbon Cask.

    Additionally, we will be releasing a single grain blended whisky in early 2026.

  • Do you do whisky tours?

    When our cellar door opens, we will be providing whisky tours, including a walkthrough with our distillers and a private tasting of our best.
